Course and Treatment Plans

When the Course or Treatment Plan is booked, it is done on the understanding that the client will complete the duration of the treatment plan. Prakash Skin Clinic will not be held responsible for patients changing their minds and will not offer any type of refund on these plans, unless with exceptional circumstances where the person is unavailable due to health reasons.

Treatment Suitability

At Prakash Skin Clinic, we will always assess whether treatment is suitable for the person, or likely to be successful, before any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform and explain the reason sto the concerned person. In such case, one will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, and not the procedure.

Liability

Prakash Skin Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any services to the patients.

It is a person’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Prakash Skin Clinic with all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the person’s failure to disclose such details.

The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Prakash Skin Clinic regarding the care of the treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Prakash Skin Clinic liability for any personal injury resulting from the patient’s negligence.

The right to complain

Prakash Skin Clinic to treat all its patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, one has any complaints with the services or treatments availed by them at Prakash Skin Clinic, they can write to us at drabhishekprakash@gmail.com.
