Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Appointments shall be taken well in advance and shall be considered confirmed by the clinic basis the availability of the doctors and the staff.
Please arrive for the appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. We will endeavor to ensure that the appointment runs on time. However, if we need to cancel or postpone any appointment at a short notice, due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to contact the person in advance.

We will need to know that the person wishes to cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours, will result in the loss of all discounted offers and deposit/advance shall be forfeited by Prakash Skin Clinic.
